No matter what kind of art catches your eye, you’re bound to find eye-catching exhibits at the DMA, Kimbell Art Museum,The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and more. They’re all excellent choices and can help you escape your house for a few short hours.

Soak up the Sun

Late spring and early summer is when North Texas receives some of the best weather in the nation. With temperatures that are just right, it’s the perfect time to go out and take advantage of the great outdoors. If you’re close to the Northeast Dallas area, consider a trip to White Rock Lake, and maybe even the Dallas Arboretum to view some of their beautiful outdoor exhibits.The Fort Worth Botanic Garden is also a gorgeous option for your walking and viewing pleasure if you’re closer to the Southlake area.

The Shops at Legacy, Trinity Groves, and Southlake Town Square are all strong options with a list of great places to grab a bite.

If you’re looking for something a little more peachy, we have just the thing for you. Weir’s is proud to be partnering with The Peach Truck to bring you fresh peaches this spring! They’ll be at our stores May 28th and June18th , so be sure to pre-order your peaches before it’s too late. Pre-orders end one week before peach pickup date.
