    Return Policy

    At Weir’s, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition for a prompt exchange or refund.

    • Regular furniture items in the same condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery or pick-up.
    • Marked down, Closeout or Outlet furniture items in the same condition may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery or pick-up.
    • As-is, sanitized, mattress protectors, pillows, Outlet markdown or closeout items are final sale and are INELIGIBLE for return.
    • A 50% fee will be accessed for custom ordered merchandise.
    • If you need our delivery team to pick-up items for return, a return pick-up fee will be applied.
    • Refunds will be issued in the same method as original payment, except for check and cash.  If the original payment was made with a check or cash, we will mail a check to you.  Refund processing time for credit or debit payments is dependent on the credit card company, and may take up to 2 weeks.

     

    Mattress 30-day Comfort Guarantee:

    We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee for all regular price mattresses.  If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, just return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  A $49 sanitation fee will apply to all returned mattresses.  If a pick-up is needed, a return pick-up charge will also be applied.
