Chris serves as the current floor manager in our Plano store where he is an amazing team player who helps train and mentor others. He’s been working for Weir’s for 24 years where he has worked in the warehouse, the information center, customer service and for the most recent 19 years, as an expert in sales. He’s won the beloved Servant’s Heart award as well as Million Dollar award honors.

A true furniture expert, Jeff grew up in the furniture business and has served in all areas of the business for over 35 years. He’s been with Weir’s for over 19 years and loves helping his customers make their house a home. In addition, he’s served as floor manager in the past and he’s been a recipient of the beloved Servant’s Heart award as well as multiple Million Dollar awards.

Jenna is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. With a diverse background in healthcare, retail, and the restaurant industry, she brings a wealth of experience to our Plano showroom. A lover of animals, Jenna enjoys attending church and staying active with Zumba dancing during her free time. Her compassionate and caring nature makes her a valuable asset to our team.

With over 40 years in the furniture industry, John began his career in his family’s furniture business. He learned the value of customer service at an early age, and his “attitude of gratitude” shines through in everything he does. Customers appreciate John’s deep knowledge of furniture, friendly demeanor, and helpful approach. John is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Liked for his calm and patient demeanor, Kent really enjoys finding just what his customers need for their home. He’s earned the Million Dollar award for 3 years. On his off days you’ll find him volunteering with Boy Scouts of America. After all, he is a proud Eagle Scout himself.

Richard has worked at Weir’s for over 20 years and gets regular compliments on his professionalism and his follow-up with clients. It’s no secret he has a passion for customer service with his multiple Million Dollar awards. Want to know what he does during his time away from work?

Rita is the go-to for many customers that need creative design help. Her enthusiasm and optimism are very evident in her attitude. She says, “The joy of the Lord is my strength!” and believes in the power of prayer. She has a business degree and has been an expert salesperson for over 15 years. She loves sewing and helping the homeless during her time off.

Roy has been selling furniture for over 40 years. His customers give him compliments for being friendly, helpful and patient. He’s been honored to help many customers with their furniture needs and is a recipient of the Million Dollar award. During his time off he enjoys volunteering at the Richardson Humane Society.

Sue has been selling furniture for over 30 years and has worked at Weir’s for over 15 of them. She’s won many awards including the Trifecta and the Million Dollar award. Taking pride in customer satisfaction, she believes communication is the secret. She has many talents, including being a musician since age 4 and she has been published. Ask her about it!

Tommy is a customer favorite due to his sense of humor and general amiable attitude, so it’s no surprise that he’s won the beloved Servant’s Heart award and multiple Million Dollar awards. He’s been selling furniture for over 20 years but has worked for Weir’s for 38 years. He also worked as a delivery driver, in quality control and customer service. On his days off you’ll find him golfing or landscaping.

Tony has been selling furniture for over 20 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Known for his great smile, listening skills and optimism, he is motivated by the challenge of each customer’s unique needs and finding the ideal furniture for them.
